OPIS TECHNICZNY
Zaczep kulowy typ: ZK80 przeznaczony jest do stosowania w ciągnikach rolniczych i leśnych wyłącznie w połączeniu z innymi urządzeniami wyposażonymi w ucha dyszla K80 zgodnymi z ISO24347. Obciążenia zaczepu kulowego nie mogą przekroczyć następujących wartości : S=4000kg i D=110kN dla modelu ZK80S4D110 oraz S=3000kg i D=90kN dla modelu ZK80S3D90.
Mocowanie zaczepu kulowego należy wykonać za pomocą 4 śrub kołnierzowych M20 DIN 6927 klasy wytrzymałości 10.9 bądź też 4 śrub DIN 933 klasy wytrzymałości 10.9 wraz z podkładkami DIN125. Zaczep posiada homologację dopuszczającą do użytku po drogach publicznych.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The K80 ball system ensures a play-free connection, enhancing driving comfort and long-term usage. This system is an ideal solution for tandem-type machinery such as dump trailers, manure spreaders, and slurry tanks, which experience high vertical loads on the drawbar.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The ZK80 ball hitch is designed for use in agricultural and forestry tractors exclusively in combination with other devices equipped with K80 drawbar eyes compliant with ISO24347. The ball hitch loads must not exceed the following values: S=4000kg and D=110kN for model ZK80S4D110, and S=3000kg and D=90kN for model ZK80S3D90.
The ball hitch should be mounted using 4 M20 flange bolts DIN 6927 with a strength class of 10.9 or 4 bolts DIN 933 with a strength class of 10.9 along with DIN125 washers. The hitch is approved for use on public roads.

ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Das K80-Kugelsystem gewährleistet eine spielfreie Verbindung, die den Fahrkomfort und die Langlebigkeit erhöht. Es ist die ideale Lösung für Tandemmaschinen wie Kippanhänger, Miststreuer und Güllefässer, bei denen hohe vertikale Belastungen auf die Deichsel wirken.

TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG
Die Kugelkopfkupplung vom Typ ZK80 ist ausschließlich für die Verwendung in land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Traktoren in Verbindung mit anderen Geräten, die mit K80-Deichselösen gemäß ISO24347 ausgestattet sind, vorgesehen. Die Belastungen der Kugelkopfkupplung dürfen die folgenden Werte nicht überschreiten: S=4000kg und D=110kN für das Modell ZK80S4D110 sowie S=3000kg und D=90kN für das Modell ZK80S3D90. Die Kupplung ist für den Einsatz auf öffentlichen Straßen zugelassen.

Die Befestigung der Kugelkopfkupplung muss mit 4 M20 Flanschschrauben DIN 6927 der Festigkeitsklasse 10.9 oder 4 Schrauben DIN 933 der Festigkeitsklasse 10.9 zusammen mit DIN125 Unterlegscheiben erfolgen.
